اگر دیگر تمایلی به استفاده از دیداسود ندارید، می‌توانید در هر زمان درخواست حذف حساب کاربری و اطلاعات مرتبط با آن را ثبت کنید.
نحوه درخواست حذف حساب
برای حذف حساب کاربری، درخواست خود را به ایمیل پشتیبانی دیداسود ارسال کنید:
لطفاً در ایمیل، شماره موبایل یا آدرس ایمیلی که با آن در دیداسود ثبت‌نام کرده‌اید را ذکر کرده و اعلام کنید که درخواست حذف حساب کاربری خود را دارید.
پس از تأیید درخواست، حساب کاربری شما به همراه اطلاعات مرتبط با آن از سیستم دیداسود حذف خواهد شد.
چه اطلاعاتی حذف می‌شوند؟
با حذف حساب، اطلاعات حساب کاربری و داده‌های مرتبط با آن از سیستم دیداسود حذف می‌شوند. این اطلاعات می‌تواند شامل اطلاعات پروفایل، اطلاعات کسب‌وکار، کالاها و خدمات، فاکتورها، اطلاعات مشتریان و تأمین‌کنندگان، اطلاعات مالی و سایر اطلاعات ثبت‌شده در حساب شما باشد.

After your request is verified, your account and its associated data will be deleted from Didasood's systems.
What data will be deleted?
Deleting your account will delete your account information and associated data from Didasood's systems. This may include your profile information, business information, products and services, invoices, customer and supplier information, financial records, and other data stored within your account.
